Lusso Pure Equilibrium complies with the New General data protection regulation (GDPR) effective on 25th May 2018 which is to replace the 1998 Data Protection Act/ and this policy describes our procedures for ensuring that personal information about clients is processed fairly and lawfully.
A certain amount of personal information is collected by Lusso Pure Equilibrium at the time of booking. This is for the purposes of meeting insurance company criteria as well as for your health and safety during yoga and therapies.
The email address provided is also used for marketing purposes ie special offers and events.
You can unsubscribe from marketing at anytime with mail chimp unsubscribe.
All health and personal information is used to tailor sessions to suit your individual needs.
All information gathered by Lusso Pure Equilibrium either on paper or through the online booking system is treated as private and confidential and will not be shared with a third party.
The information is not accessible to the public and only authorised members of staff have access to it.
It is kept securely in a cloud based system and is level 1 PCI DSS Compliant.
Personal information which you supply to us such as your e-mail address is used to register you for our online Mind Body booking system. You can book yoga and therapies and register and pay for events including yoga retreats online.
If you register /book and pay online you may provide us with your financial information including billing address, credit / debit card number, card verification number and expiry date.
We do offer our clients reminder service by e-mail to help reduce missed appointments.
Lusso cancellation policy is 24 Hours notice for all Yoga practice sessions and for all therapies.
Please ensure we require 24 hours notice on all cancellations. * Charges for late cancellations or rescheduling Yoga and therapies ( less than 24 hours notice ) Full payment will be taken.
If you do not wish personal data that we hold about you to be disclosed or be used in the way that is described in this code of practice, please discuss this with Mr Simon Skucha.
You have the right to object , but this may affect our ability to provide you with our service.
I understand by signing the client declaration I am giving permission for my information to be used in assisting Lusso Pure Equilibrium in providing the best service and treatment for my needs and that my personal information will be stored in a cloud based system level 1 PCI DSS Compliant.
